OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT ELIMINATE THE FREE METHODS OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Participation in the REVTRA BOOSTED — ESS G3R GIVEAWAY (the “Promotion”) constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor concerning administration of the Promotion, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on Friday, August 28, 2026 at 6:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 6:00 PM CT (the “Promotion Period”).

Sponsor’s designated systems and records will serve as the official timekeeping mechanism for the Promotion.

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of eligible jurisdictions within the United States and District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Residents of any jurisdiction in which participation is prohibited or restricted by applicable law are not eligible.

Employees, owners, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and other persons directly involved in the development, administration, fulfillment, or operation of the Promotion, together with their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The Grand Prize consists of one (1) ESS G3R Supercharger Kit configured with:

• 110mm pulley;
• standard 50mm blow-off valve;
• FIC1000 injectors;
• DW415 fuel pump with S550 installation kit;
• VMP FPB pump booster;
• high-precision straight supercharger gear type; and
• the components otherwise included with the applicable complete ESS G3R kit represented as part of the Promotion.

The verified winner may select the applicable kit configuration for either:

2015–2017 Ford Mustang GT (Gen 2 Coyote); or

2018–2023 Ford Mustang GT (Gen 3 Coyote).

The configuration selected remains subject to manufacturer specifications and availability.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $9,500 USD.

Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs necessary to deliver the Grand Prize to the verified winner at an eligible United States delivery address.

4. COSTS AND SERVICES NOT INCLUDED

Installation and tuning are not included with the Grand Prize.

Except for standard prize shipping expressly covered by Sponsor, all expenses associated with accepting, possessing, installing, configuring, tuning, maintaining, modifying, insuring, registering, operating, or using the Grand Prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.

This includes, without limitation, installation labor, tuning, supporting modifications or components not expressly included with the prize, professional services, taxes, fees, maintenance, and vehicle-related expenses.

The winner is solely responsible for determining compatibility with the winner’s vehicle and obtaining appropriate professional installation and tuning.

Failure to own a compatible vehicle does not entitle the winner to cash, another prize, or transfer of the prize to another individual.

The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted at the winner’s request.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. METHODS OF ENTRY

Eligible entrants may accumulate entries during the Promotion Period using the methods described below.

All entries are subject to verification by Sponsor.

A. EMAIL ENTRY — 25 ENTRIES

An eligible entrant may complete the designated REVTRA BOOSTED online entry form using a valid email address.

Upon successful submission and verification, the entrant will receive:

25 entries.

Limit: one (1) Email Entry award per eligible person during the Promotion Period.

No purchase is necessary.

B. SHOW US YOUR MUSTANG — 25 ENTRIES

An eligible entrant may:

1. follow Revtra Performance’s official Instagram account;
2. send Revtra Performance a direct message containing a photograph of a Ford Mustang; and
3. provide the same email address associated with the entrant’s REVTRA BOOSTED participation.

Upon verification, the entrant will receive:

25 entries.

Limit: one (1) Mustang Submission award per eligible person/profile during the Promotion Period.

The entrant is not required to own the Mustang pictured; however, the entrant must have the right to submit the photograph and may not falsely represent ownership or authorization.

C. SHARE THE GIVEAWAY — 50 ENTRIES

An eligible entrant may share the designated official REVTRA BOOSTED Giveaway Post to the entrant’s Instagram Story and tag Revtra Performance’s official Instagram account.

Upon verification, the entrant will receive:

50 entries.

Limit: one (1) Share award per Instagram profile during the Promotion Period.

Entrants using private Instagram accounts must send Revtra Performance a screenshot or other reasonably requested evidence demonstrating completion of the qualifying Story share.

D. TAG YOUR CREW — 15 ENTRIES PER QUALIFYING COMMENT

An eligible entrant may comment on the designated official REVTRA BOOSTED Giveaway Post and tag three (3) different persons in a single comment.

Each verified qualifying comment earns:

15 entries.

Entrants may submit multiple qualifying comments during the Promotion Period provided each comment independently satisfies the requirements of this entry method.

Repeated tagging of the same persons, fictitious accounts, bots, spam accounts, automated comments, coordinated manipulation, or other conduct intended to artificially generate entries may result in the affected entries being voided and/or the entrant being disqualified.

E. ELIGIBLE PURCHASES — $1 = 1 ENTRY

Eligible purchases made through Revtra Performance during the Promotion Period earn:

One (1) entry for each whole $1 of Eligible Spend.

Only completed whole dollars count. Fractional dollars are disregarded and are not rounded upward.

For example:

$1.00 = 1 entry

$59.99 = 59 entries

$129.99 = 129 entries

$500.00 = 500 entries

For purposes of this Promotion, “Eligible Spend” means the qualifying purchase amount after applicable discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Taxes and shipping charges do not generate entries.

Qualifying gift-card purchases generate entries based on the eligible amount paid for the gift card. To prevent duplicate entry credit, amounts later paid using a gift card that already generated Promotion entries will not generate additional entries for that same value.

Multiple qualifying purchases may accumulate entries throughout the Promotion Period.

There is no predetermined maximum number of qualifying purchase entries an eligible entrant may accumulate.

6. REFERRAL ENTRIES — 100 ENTRIES EACH

An eligible entrant may refer a new customer to Revtra Performance.

If:

1. the referred individual is a new Revtra Performance customer;
2. the referred customer completes a verified qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period;
3. the referral is properly submitted through Revtra Performance’s designated Contact Us/referral process using the requested order number, email address, referrer information, and any other reasonably requested verification information; and
4. Sponsor successfully verifies the referral,

the referring entrant will receive:

100 entries

and the qualifying referred customer will receive:

100 entries.

There is no predetermined maximum number of legitimate qualifying referrals an entrant may make.

Self-referrals, fabricated customers, duplicate identities, coordinated fake purchases, fraudulent orders, reversed transactions, or other attempts to manipulate the referral system are prohibited.

7. ENTRY LIMITS

Except for the individual limitations expressly applicable to certain entry methods above, there is no overall maximum number of eligible entries an entrant may accumulate during the Promotion Period.

All entries remain subject to verification and these Official Rules.

8. ENTRY IDENTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Entrants should use the same email address when completing Promotion activities whenever requested so that Sponsor can accurately associate entries with the appropriate entrant.

Sponsor may use an entrant’s email address, telephone number, social-media account information, purchase information, order number, referral information, and other information reasonably necessary to administer and verify entries.

Submission or display of an entry does not, by itself, establish that the entry is valid.

Sponsor’s verified Promotion records will control in determining the number of eligible entries associated with each entrant.

Sponsor may request reasonable documentation or other evidence demonstrating completion of an entry action.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to void entries and/or disqualify an entrant if Sponsor reasonably determines that the entrant has engaged in conduct involving:

• bots or automated entry methods;
• fictitious or duplicate identities;
• false or disposable information used to manipulate entries;
• fraudulent purchases;
• payment fraud;
• fabricated referrals;
• self-referrals;
• fake or manipulated social-media accounts;
• altered or falsified screenshots;
• automated or spam comments;
• chargeback abuse;
• misrepresentation;
• manipulation of Promotion systems;
• interference with the winner-selection process;
• attempts to circumvent entry-method restrictions;
• violations of applicable social-media platform rules;
• violations of these Official Rules; or
• other fraudulent or dishonest attempts to obtain entries.

Sponsor may preserve and review relevant records when investigating suspected abuse.

10. FINAL SALE POLICY FOR PROMOTION PURCHASES

ALL QUALIFYING PURCHASES PARTICIPATING IN REVTRA BOOSTED ARE FINAL SALE.

Qualifying purchases made in connection with the Promotion are not eligible for voluntary return, exchange, or refund, except where otherwise expressly required by applicable law or Sponsor’s applicable policies for legally protected circumstances.

By completing a qualifying Promotion purchase after receiving the applicable Final Sale disclosure, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the Final Sale condition.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Canceled, fraudulent, charged-back, reversed, unauthorized, or otherwise invalidated transactions do not generate valid Promotion entries. Any entries associated with such a transaction may be voided.

Failure to review these Official Rules does not modify the applicable terms of the Promotion or a properly disclosed Final Sale condition.

11. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries included in the final verified drawing pool.

Each eligible entry included in the final drawing pool will receive an equal opportunity to be selected through the random drawing process.

12. RANDOM DRAWING

Following the conclusion of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will finalize and verify the eligible entry pool.

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will then be selected using a documented computerized random-selection process from among all eligible entries included in the final verified drawing pool.

The drawing will be conducted in a manner intended to provide each eligible entry included in the final pool an equal opportunity to be selected.

Sponsor will maintain reasonable records documenting the drawing and winner-selection process.

The drawing and initial winner-selection process will occur within seventy-two (72) hours following the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

13. POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION

Sponsor will first attempt to contact the potential winner by telephone using the telephone number associated with the entrant’s information, where available.

Sponsor will also attempt to contact the potential winner by email.

The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours following Sponsor’s initial notification attempt.

Failure to respond within the required period, inability to verify eligibility, refusal of the prize, failure to provide requested documentation, violation of these Official Rules, or inability to complete the verification process may result in disqualification.

If a potential winner is disqualified or fails to claim the Grand Prize as required, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries using the same or a substantially similar documented random-selection procedure.

14. WINNER VERIFICATION

Selection in the drawing does not automatically make an entrant the official winner.

Before being confirmed as the Grand Prize winner, the potential winner may be required to:

• provide valid government-issued identification;
• provide proof of age;
• provide proof of eligible residency;
• verify contact information;
• complete an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility;
• execute a Liability Release;
• execute a Publicity Release where permitted by law;
• complete a Form W-9 or other documentation reasonably required for tax reporting;
• execute applicable prize acceptance documentation; and
• provide other information reasonably necessary to establish compliance with these Official Rules.

The Grand Prize will not be shipped until Sponsor has completed the required winner-verification process.

15. TAXES

All federal, state, local, and other taxes associated with acceptance, receipt, ownership, and use of the Grand Prize are solely the responsibility of the verified winner.

Sponsor may report the value of the Grand Prize to applicable taxing authorities and issue the winner any tax documentation required by law.

The winner is responsible for obtaining independent tax advice concerning acceptance of the Grand Prize.

16. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the verified winner’s name, first name and last initial, likeness, voice, city and state, social-media handle, submitted Mustang photograph, statements regarding the Promotion, and photographs or video associated with the winner or Grand Prize for advertising, publicity, promotional, and social-media purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law and any separate release required by Sponsor.

Sponsor may announce and promote the verified winner through Revtra Performance’s website, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, email communications, and other official Revtra Performance channels.

17. PRIZE DELIVERY

Following successful verification of the winner and completion of all required documentation, Sponsor will arrange delivery of the Grand Prize.

Sponsor will pay the standard shipping expense necessary to deliver the Grand Prize to the verified winner at an eligible United States delivery address.

Following delivery, responsibility for possession, compatibility, installation, tuning, supporting modifications, maintenance, use, and associated expenses rests with the winner except where applicable law provides otherwise.

18. PRIZE AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTION

The Grand Prize may not be transferred, assigned, redeemed for cash, or substituted at the winner’s request.

If circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control make the advertised Grand Prize unavailable, Sponsor may, where permitted by applicable law, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

19. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, platform interruptions, unauthorized human intervention, force majeure, legal or regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impair the integrity, security, fairness, or lawful administration of the Promotion.

If legally permissible and appropriate under the circumstances, Sponsor may conduct a drawing from eligible entries received before such action.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

20. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers, and promotional partners from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, installation, tuning, misuse, or use of the Grand Prize, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be waived.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or improperly recorded entries or communications resulting from technical failures, network or internet interruption, platform outages, incorrect entrant information, unauthorized human intervention, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

21. INSTAGRAM, META, TIKTOK AND REDDIT DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, or any of their respective affiliates.

Entrants completely release those platforms from responsibility relating to administration of the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Questions, comments, or complaints concerning the Promotion should be directed to Revtra Performance rather than any social-media platform.

Entrants remain responsible for complying with applicable platform terms, community guidelines, and policies when participating through a social-media entry method.

22. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Revtra Privacy Policy, these Official Rules, and applicable law.

Information may be used to:

• administer and verify Promotion entries;
• communicate with entrants;
• prevent fraud and abuse;
• conduct the random drawing;
• verify the potential winner;
• fulfill and deliver the Grand Prize;
• comply with tax and legal obligations; and
• send marketing communications where the entrant has provided any consent required by applicable law.

23. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

Except where prohibited or superseded by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in or serving Fort Bend County, Texas.

Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited by these Official Rules remain unaffected.

24. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Following successful verification, Sponsor intends to announce the Grand Prize winner through one or more official Revtra Performance channels within approximately seventy-two (72) hours following the close of the Promotion, subject to completion of winner verification.

If verification cannot be completed within that period, Sponsor may delay the public announcement until an eligible winner has been confirmed.

Sponsor will never require a potential winner to pay a fee to claim the Grand Prize.

Entrants should disregard accounts or individuals falsely claiming that payment is required to receive the prize.

25. OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY POST

For purposes of social-media entry methods requiring sharing, commenting, or tagging, only the Instagram post expressly designated by Revtra Performance as the Official REVTRA BOOSTED Giveaway Post qualifies unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise.

Interactions with unofficial, copied, reposted, impersonating, or third-party posts do not generate entries unless expressly authorized by Sponsor.

26. OFFICIAL RECORDS

Sponsor’s verified entry records will control in the event of a discrepancy concerning an entrant’s entry total.

Sponsor may correct clerical, technical, calculation, duplication, or verification errors when reasonably necessary to maintain an accurate and fair entry pool.

Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, verification, entry accounting, suspected fraud, and administration of the Promotion are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.

27. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect, provided doing so does not unlawfully or materially alter the Promotion.

28. CONFLICT WITH PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

If abbreviated advertising, social-media content, website copy, email communications, or other promotional materials conflict with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
